Bought this 2nd unit for my own use. Highly recommended by relatives and is super good. I have tested once it arrived and the outcome is really squeaky clean! Best is no detergent needed just have to refill water and throw away dirty water. No regrets buying!

Been using it for a month, so far not bad, the self washing mop function is awesome. Need to refill clean water and empty dirty water which is ok. Not sure how to clean the insides of the platform it sits on, though, as there is dirt stuck there after mop washing.

Item received in good condition. Easy to set up and mapping is fast. Tank seems a bit small though, as it needs to go back to refill before finishing the whole house. Cleaning capability is good

Received in good condition but have not tried using. Overall it looks good and the cable is pretty long too. Hope it's more convenient too.

No streaks on the floor and it feels a lot cleaner

My husband loves using it. He doesn't have to vacuum and mop separately. Only issue is he corners of the room aren't reachable. But that's understandable with many vacuum. Floor dries fast and the vacuum power is strong .

Waited for a while as it was a pre order. The vacuum cleaning works perfectly. Vacuuming and mopping at the same instance. Light as it has auto mechanism to move along. It cannot right small corners and under the sofa as it had a height limitation. Overall very happy buy to ease house works.
